Same as for walls. At first glance it may be hard to see what has been changed about this power. This one is an interesting change but does make sense while streamlining the rules and making rules universal.
The only change made is that you can no longer stack your heals when attacking multiple characters simultaneously. Characters that are adjacent when the ID character is placed can freely move away and still use the Inspiration ability until your next turn, regardless of what happens to the ID card or the ID character.
